Our Story

Built on a Love for Aviation

Eagle Tech Aviation LLC was founded on March 26, 2021 by Labib Elneser — a maintenance professional with 21 years of hands-on aviation experience and a deep commercial aviation background. The company was started with a clear purpose: to provide excellent aircraft maintenance driven by a genuine love for aviation.

Labib saw an opportunity to build something different — a maintenance operation where safety and honesty weren't just slogans, but the actual foundation of every decision. Where clients receive updates every 30 minutes once work is in progress. Where technicians work their way to the solution systematically instead of guessing.

Today, Eagle Tech Aviation LLC serves private owners, charter operators, airlines, and cargo fleets across all of Florida with a team of 7 skilled technicians — all A&P certified — operating from our facility in Pompano Beach.
